Lung-Ta is a concept of Tibetan mythical windhorse whose aspect related to the concept of Inner air or wind of the body - which also associated with Buddhism.
The work plays with the multi-layer concept of Lung-Ta, Outer level, Inner level, Secret level and Most secret level are represent by the encircling of the bamboo spiral, with the outer rim easier to access and grasped the concept while the inner circle are much more difficult to reach and comprehend.
