Arty Nicharee is a visual designer, maker, and creative facilitator.

Originally from Bangkok and now based in London, the maker and a graduate from the Royal College of Art uses illustration, graphics, and ceramics to trace the contours of memory, femininity, queerness, and the diasporic experience.

Recently, Arty has embraced hand-built ceramics as a vital tool for grounding and community building.

Her clay objects often celebrate the heritage and characteristics of her East and Southeast Asian background, serving as tangible anchors in a fast-paced world. Central to her philosophy is "craft against commodification." By exclusively using reclaimed materials, she breathes new life into discarded substances, a quiet act of defiance against market pressures and a celebration of the overlooked.
