Recently, she explored the themes of femininity, Asian diaspora, memories, and queerness through the tactility of hand-built ceramic making.

Besides making clay objects, she is also interested in the materiality and the process of how we can create things more sustainably by using reclaimed clay and reclaimed glaze from a communal pottery studio. She is keen to explore on how we can repurpose the reclaimed materials as an act of reviving the unutilised substances.
